The Research And Design On The Configuration Software Of DCS By .NET

In the market has many DCS configuration software which developed by the VB, Delphi or C++. In recently the DCS configuration software request opening and network, it must has perfect interface from the DCS configuration software to the upper formation software and the hardware, has based on the network data point registration as well as the report form printing function. So it's need the more adaptive developing plat and the core technology. Because the .NET has many advantage to developed the Configration-software, such as spans the language and the plat, easy to using the technology of XML to implement the compatibility between the DCS Configration-software with the ERP and MIS software, easy to developed the report forms and using the he technology of GDI+ to implement the graphics' editor, adapted well to developed the opening and the informational Configration-software, this paper discussed how to develop the DCS Configration-software by the .NET developing plat and the core technology.Fist introduced the distributed control system (DCS) and the DCS Configration software, expounded the main technology of the .NET and the advantages of the .NET to developing the Configration-software. Secondly analyzed the DCS Configration software three layers and discussed the new configuration software's system structure which is using the XML as the interface between the layers. Third according to the new configuration software's system structure, introduce the technology and the implement of the configured database model, the communication model, the configured interface model and the configured control's loop model.The configured database model used the XML technology to solve problems such as the disunity standard of the database structure and the isomerism database. The communication model used the OPC technology to solve the problem of compatible the software with hardware. The configured interface model used the GDI+ technology to implement the graphics' editor and used the way which is Crystal Report for Visual Studio.Net and excel combined to implement to create and mimeograph report forms.
