With the improvement of the desire of fire detection system today, many new fire detection methods have been used for fire detection. The fire detection systems based on intelligent information processing have been proposed to handle this situation. These systems have self-learning and self-adaptive. The study of them has been the direction in the study of fire detection technology.Multi-sensors information technology has been the hot point in the study of intelligent information processing. Because observing fire information to be recognized from multi-sensors can well and truly reflect the features of them, fire detection technology based on multi-sensors information fusion technology have been one of the development trends of fire detection.This paper systematically set forth the importance of the research of intelligent fire detection system, and it introduces the principle of fire detection and the application of the traditional fire detection arithmetic and artificial intelligence fire detection arithmetic. Based on analyzing deeply the basal principle and the system structure of the multi-sensors information fusion technology, and according to the model of feature level fusion, the achieving method of fire detection system based on simulated annealing feature level fusion is presented. This method that searches first-rank'feature fusion coefficient'through simulated annealing arithmetic can improve the validity property and demote the mis-warning rate. The simulation results is perfect by recognizing two standard fire of China and disturbing signals. On the actual ward spot, because with the variety of the season and the day and night, the environment factors is variational and with the difference of the ward spot, the environment factors is also different, based on the frame of decision level fusion this paper apply neural network and fuzzy inference technology to achieving multi-sensors fire detection system, which can endue different sensors with different weight for adapting the variation of environment according to the actual things. We test this method applied to the multi-sensors fire detection system by simulating and attain the anticipative result.
