Design Scheme And Implement Of Spoken Learning Platform

This paper instruducts a design scheme of spoken learning platform based on Speech Matching Analysis Recognition Techonology (SMART). This solutions could be used both online and offline, its give new developed idea on conveniently and feasible way on Oral Proficiency Testing. Speech technology in this paper avoid some missin impossible in speech research area, partly speech technology which could be production is used, based on matich the user input voice and teacher original voice, partly supported by speech recognition rules. Let user practise English and mimic original voice is our core target.Flunce and Acurract speak foreign language is important target in foreing language teaching and learning, with the development of IT, web solutions and speech testing teconology are more and more widely used in foreign language teaching of E-learning. For example, we could find some simply cases of oral tesing system on web and also spoken tesing solution via phone. But these solutions are still seldom widely used in common oral tesing and learning. Student still try to practise, traning and tesing there oral indepently and teachers evaluate students oral score based on there experience are stall not resolved well.This paper shows some new technology, such as speech anaylis, speech recognition, speech matich and speech scoring, which could be used in foreign language learning area. After instruducts some important human foreign language testing standards, this paper provide new standard of oral tesing based on SMART. At the same time, after many tesing data compare SMART technology with other machine speech techonlogy. All tesing results above provide strongly theroly surport and practis surport for language learning platform in Oral learning and tesing.Platform which design in this paper is one of the new Computer Assisted Langague Learning of E-learning. It's also could be used in other language learning and teaching, not only in English. The design of this platform could be in many kinds of User Interface. Some nature language studing and web teconology used in english/second learning and english/foreign learning. This system combines sound pedagogy, psychology, appropriate technology, and engaging content.
