The Study Of Informatization Level Evaluate Method

Now, our country has entered a new phase of reform and opening. The informatization drives the whole society and national economy to develop rapidly. The evaluation of informatization level is an important work of analyzing the informatization's develop. The DEA is analysis method,which supports multiple I/O. This paper use DEA method to build a new informatization level evaluate method, it provides a thinking for further studying and discovering.The paper studied deeply the status of the informatization level evaluate and the summarized method now. Then we build an index system of evaluating informatization level's relative efficiency and give the method of applying data envelopment analysis to evaluate informatization level's relative efficiency of different district, we use different districts' original data to evaluate informatization level's relative efficiency of them, give the analysis result, proved the suitability and feasibility of using the method to evaluate the informatization level's relative efficiency. Furthermore, we give a effective and reliable simplex method which has solved circular iteration, the problem is resolved that has not viable solve initially, and program to make DEA software kits and informatization level evaluate software system that offer application tools.
