Research And Design On The Dynamic Evaluation Arithmetic Of Teaching

As an educational idea, Quality Education has the obvious value tendency as well. It stands for the direction of the educational reform.Because the evaluation is a process of the value determination, the up-to-date quality educational should define the scientific evaluating criteria and contend frame, form an integrated and scientific evaluating system and means, according to the target and criterion of Quality Education.Along with the reforms and development of the education, there is an obvious disparity between education for all-round development and current education condition in theory, methodology and system of evaluating which has being restricted the comprehensive implementation of education for all-round development. Therefore, it's an objective requirement of implementation in education for all-round development completely to explore and change the function, method and technology in the filed of evaluation, and to establish the evaluating system that represents the expansibility of the theory of education for all-round development.Researching based on main topic of "Research and Practice on the Dynamic Evaluation Method of Teaching" issued by Education Bureau of Jilin Province in 2005, the article develops evaluation system in teaching.Based on the feasible and effective teaching evaluation method used previously,combines the new changes and characteristic along with the education reform and carried by the integration of the information technology and teaching evaluation, the article establishes an evaluation system for teaching which based on the tool of network and to finished the process of data collection, liquidation and analysis to provides stochastic evaluating platform for each valuator, and automatically record the evaluating process and evaluating result and also inquiry result to users.The system can produce synthetic evaluation method for teacher which can be determined in quality and nature according with the evaluation information condition to obtain comprehensive evaluation which is integrated by quality and nature in each circle of teaching.
