Recent years, great progress has been made about the numerical simulation of crystal growth and simulation research. Because of the diversity of crystal growth technology and method, the complexity of growing procedure, the research from every field mostly focus on the microcosmic crystallization numerical algorithm, little work has been done about macrocosmic visualization research of crystal growth. The project starts with macrocosmic description of crystal growth, analyzes the flow of growing crystal with CZ method in detail, combines with the factor which influences the crystallization procedure mainly, builds up the physical model and simulates the growth procedure of the crystal. At last, programs the simulation software with OpenGL, realizes the data visualization of CZ method. Verifies the validity of the simulation software by comparing the experimental data of the thesis with the actual data of CZ method growing crystal.
