In this paper, grounded on the project of"973". It includes specifically the study on the signal processing, and to multiple move targets resolving. Plentiful simulations are presented to testify the validity of these techniques. In the introduction, the background and significance of this research is firstly indicated. Then we briefly review the present status of signal integration and multi-target resolving technology, and analysis its development tendency. In the second chapter, firstly, the theory of target resolving is introduced. Secondly, the echo of radar is commoned, and characteristic of LFM is analyzed and summarized. Thirdly, some typicla methods of situation of multiple targets are studied. Plentiful simulations are presents and discussed. In the third chapter, a modified Radon-Wigner transform algorithm with two-step searching and CLEAN method is proposed, which is used in radar multi-target resolving and parameter estimation. The experimental results show that the small targets submerged by the large ones can be detected effectively, and better accuracy and shorter computation can be obtained by using the modified RWT than Radon-Wigner transform. In the forth chapter, the discrete polynomial-phase transform is analyzed and applied to radar multi-target resolving and parameter estimation. A method for symmetrical correlation function to pretreat original signals to suppress additive stationary random noise in LFM signals is proposed. The experimental results show that this method is efficient for reducing noise. Multi-LFM signals can be detected efficiently in low SNR by the algorithm. The last chapter finally summarizes the research of this thesis and points out the deficiency of work and direction of further research.
