There are lots of chaos phenomena in real world. Knowledge on chaos is one of important achievements in non-linear science. Chaos has been paid wide attention because of its some good intrinsic properties, such as wide-band frequency, similarity to noise and extremely sensitivity to initial condition, and it has been widely and successfully applied to many areas. Analysing chaotic system and researching chaos control, which is the premise for the application of the chaos, it can make us know more special properties of the chaos. With the further research of chaos, the problem of the chaos theory and its application to secure communication is studied deeply and widely. The detail is clarified as follows:1. First of all, The article introduce the produce and development of the chaotic theory, then meaning and the development foregrounds of study. The dissertation discusses basic concepts of chaos, definition, main feature, the ways to chaos . Moreover, the study way and the familiar models and the power spectrum characters of chaos are investigated briefly.2. Putting forward a kind of new changed Chua's circuit, and giving the Chua's circuit of concrete carrying out method, then carrying on the simulation and hardware experiment study of dynamic behavior in the changed Chua's circuit. The result is that this Chua's circuit changed is a new chaotic generator .In addition, designing a new kind of method that make use of the exiting chaos model to structure a new chaos model.3. Establishing a improved closed loop Chua's circuit, and putting forward a speech and music signals chaotic secure communication by using loop Chua's circuits. Then analysing the synchronous convergence characteristics and the true degree.4. Researching the 2CSK synchronization characterize based on changed Chua's circuit ,and designing a hardware experimental system of 2CSK signals for modulation and coherent demodulation.
