Research Of KDD Method Based On CBR

KDD(Knowledge Discovery in Database)is a field of research who has broad possibilities. It is a crossing research with AI, Statistics, Machine Learning and Database. KDD helps people to use all kinds of dates well and to make right decision. CBR(Case-Based Reasoning)is an important content in KDD. CBR can use the cue of target case to find the base case, and get the solution under the guidance of the base case. At the present time, CBR is wildly used in many filed, especially in the field which is short of knowledge.This paper makes a deep study in KDD, CBR and these problems as follows:1. Gives an overview of the building and maintenance of the case base, introduces the aim, the process, the main methods of KDC and a CBR system based on KDD.2. Sets up an algorithm model. Through the four parts of this model, the paper can get the attributes' weighing, the distance between new and old cases, and finally find the case base and the base cases that most similar with the target case.3. Puts the model into use of the data analysis of human resource. Under the date of the workers' life quality in an enterprise, the paper sets up three case bases about working attitude, uses the model to analyze the dates and test the model' possibility in practice use.
