Access control system is widely used in the modern society, and multi-fusion technologies is a new and popular research area with the multi-biometrics' fast developing. Multi-sensor information technology is developed in the resent times, it is used to fuse all kinds of information for decision and control. The prominent character is digital and hiding for the period of network information. The recognition technology based multi-biometrics has the great character of convenient, veracity and robust.The thesis is on the subject of access control system's facility and security, and designs the access control system based on multi-biometrics recognition. It integrates voice, fingerprint, and face image information together with neural network to determine the output of the access control system. The system first deal with the input data of either subsystem one by one, voice subsystem and face recognition subsystem adopting principle component analysis, fingerprint recognition adopting classic minutiae algorithm. All the subsystem's output as the decision level fusion's input data, BP neural network is used to compute out put of the system, this method can increase the decision veracity.The accesses control system based multi- information fusion is a facility, stability system to recognize the personality. With the development of computer technology and the produce of high- capability special chip, this kind of accesses control system must become the develop trend of the society, therefore it has widely used future and some society use value.
