Urban electric network which guarantees the city's function and development is the most important municipal infrastructure and its ability to meet the emergency is a basic assurance of the whole city. Emergency power supply is one of the effective emergency measures for power delivery system. The paper comprehensively considers the reliability and economics and studies the optimization model of emergency power supplies based on certain reliability and some constraints such as time and capacity constraint, with minimum total cost as objective function. This paper builds optimization arithmetic of emergency power supplies based on genetic arithmetic and by using GIS gives real optimization scheme of emergency power supplies in Qingdao. The study helps to improve reliability of power supply and to study emergency measures in face of natural and man-made disasters for power system. |
