As the most important application of the five application area in Information Highway, more and more people attach importance to E-government, which have maked the traditional government regulations change basically. In a world, government information is the precondition of economic computerization and society computerization and E-government is one of the most important facts in national key competitive power in the near future.With the rapid development of internet, wireless network is used at large. Mobile E-government,as a branch of the development of E-government, is developing rapidly. Putting to use mobile E-government make people who handle official business change the place to work . Throw message systems, User can receive Bulletin, archives abstract, important document'comment frorri government at any moment or anywhere.It improves work efficiency and reduces the leaders' burden .In carry the system of mobile E-government into execution, this paper analyzed the following the sides:1. The problem of securityWe should know how to make use of the available IT to construct a safe and highly active system to meet the requirement of managing E-government, which develops very rapidly. So, we should reconsider the security of design and widen the function of mobile E-government, which is based upon the primary E-government. We should use the technology of Encrypts, authentication technology, Role-based access control, PKI and so on to construct a safe and highly active system.2.The problem of Data SynchronizationIn this paper,we have researched the problem of data synchronization,which includes not only between E-government system server data and mobile system server data,but also in between different department's server data.
