Based on the embeded real-time operation systemμC/OS-Ⅱand ARM9 family processor(AT91RM9200),this dissertation describes the design of servo motor control system for 5 meters model for FAST(Five hundred meters Aperture Spherical Telescope).This dissertation introduces main hardware circuits and their driver programs. Porting ofμC/OS-ⅡandμC/GUI on AT91RM9200, development of the multitask control based on touch-screen are discussed in detail.Firstly, this dissertation introduces the embedded system and its characteristics. The design of the key hardwares and the appropriate driving programs are discussed.Secondly, the mechanism ofμC/OS-Ⅱ, as well as, its porting on AT91RM9200 is explained .the test result of the porting is also given. BecauseμC/OS-Ⅱis a micro kenel, it is necessary to add GUI(Graphics User Interface) in this control system. After analying the basic principle ofμC/GUI, this dissertation introduces how to port it onμC/OS-Ⅱ.μC/GUI not giving Chinese font, an applied method of displaying Chinese characters on LCD is explained after learning its English characters and its display routines.Lastly, the application and realization method of the embedded system in manual control are given with an example of the multitask teal-time control. It also introduces how to succeed in the six-axis integrated control.The results of test the typical signal show that the system design in the 5-meter FAST model is successful.
