This paper systematically investigated the key issues concerned with how toacquire the 3D digital imaging of object surface fleetly in the 3D sensing field ofphase mapping. The major work of this thesis includes the following contents:1. The system model of phase imaging method is built up. The fringe anlysistechniques adopted by the thesis are strudied including FTP and enhanced scheme fortemporal unwrapping. The relationship between height and phase is established.2. The principles of direct digital synthesizer and acousto-optic deflector arestudied in the thesis. Again, a new method for generating varying-frequency fringesbased on direct digital frequency Synthesis is put forward. Based on the method anacousto-optic projection device is developed. Finally, an experiment is done and theresult is presented.3. Camera model is established. Some methods of camera calibration aresystematically analyzed and compared in this thesis. We focus our attention on thetechnique of planar calibration and analyze its implementation step in detail. Finally, the experiment of acmera calibration for the 3D digital imaging system based onacousto-optic projection device is given out.4. The 3D digital imaging experiment system based on acousto-optic deflector isbuilt up. Again an object with step-like surface is tested and the experiment resultsshow the effectiveness and feasibility of the system.
