In recent years, with the rapid inflation of information on internet, the search engine had already become the important tool handled by the people to search the information. And the rapid development and popularization of the mobile communication enable people to use the cell-phone to visit internet anywhere and anytime. The mobile search system which provides the search engine service for the handset users enables the users to be possible to get the information which they want to know anywhere and anytime. So the system has very good application value. The meta search engine has many advantages such as low realization cost, more overall search result, etc. It is the important constituent of the realizations of the mobile search system. This paper proposes a model that make intellectualized to the meta search engine based on the requirement of the mobile search system .The model enables the meta search engine to have the higher search performance and the stronger adaptive capacity. The meta search engine intellectualized model makes the meta search engine has the ability to distinguish the interface formation of different independent search engines and extend the user's search request by intellectualized pretreatment; Meanwhile, the meta search engine intellectualized model also displays independent search engine performance superiority and improves the quality of information search service through a intelligent dispatch strategy based on the genetic algorithms. The result of experiment indicated, the intellectualization meta search engine model proposed by this paper can satisfy the design requirements appropriately, is reasonable effective.
