Abstract/Summary:
With the great development of conputer science and electronics, the embedded system has recently become one focus in the research of industrial controlling. And it is necessary to design a kind of embedded industrial control terminal to satisify the demands in the corresponding fields. Based the recent developments in the industrial controlling, the terminal should be used freely,samll,light,cheap and can achieve complex control which used in the factory to control produce live in real time. It can integrate the whole factory and produce information effectively. This paper gives a design of the embedded system based the ARM7TDMI used in the industrial control system. And it is popular that the soluctions for most of the complex systems are based both on the RISC processor and embedded operating system. Accordingly, in this paper, the design are based on the 32-bits ARM7TDMI CPU, the LPC2210 produced by Philips Co. , the μC/OS-II, which is one kind of embedded operating system, and the Sansumg 64M*8bits NAND FLASH chip K9K1208U0M. In this paper, we firstly analyse the architecture of the hardware platform based on the LPC2210. And then we discuss the problems in the migration of μ C/OS-Ⅱ on LPC2210. On the base of NAND FLASH memorizer's analysis and the demands for the interface of file system, we give the driver for NAND FLASH memorizer, including the error correction used Hamming code. So the paper gives the whole design of the embedded Flash file system with high reliability, which is compatible with the file system used in the portable disks.
