With the rapid development of information technology, the network data security has become an urgent social problem. It's very important for people to keep the data's Integrity and Usability and Restoration. The data will be easily destroyed by many factors such as the man-made mistakes and the hard disk's destruction and the computer virus and the natural calamity. Data Backup technology is a sort of security measures, it is usually used to get back the lost data.By analyzing the security techniques, this thesis gives a system structure of security data storage. This paper puts important problem on the study and design of secrecy file backup system, which can solve the security issue of the intellectual data storage with the combination of software and hardware. The system of intellectual data storage mainly consists of the data backup server and the automatic magnetic tape-base and the intellectual data backup software, which will be used in the distributable data disposal and the centralize data manage. The lost data and the invalidated data can be got back, when the balefulness of data is happen.
