Design And Implementation Of Vehicle Monitoring Management System

This thesis describes the development direction and technologies of vehicle monitoring management system firstly,and put forward the framework to integrate such a system,as well as,detailly illuminate the solution for each part which is necessary for combining a vehicle monitoring management system. Such as:Server side,mobile client in vehicle,the data-transmit network,Web maintain and mangement. Then the thesis specify the software delevelopment methods based on Mapinfo platform,as well implement the operations related with electronic map,such as finding,location,zoom in/zoom out,rule and so on.what is more important ,we solve the problem to monitoring several vehicle targets at the same time and enhance user management,realize the communication function by GPRS.to ensure the date transimiting safely,we take on RSA encrypt/unencrypt technology during date transimiting.We analysis the current positioning technologies,then determine our synthesis positioning scheme,After that,the paper specifies the design of the background database. On the e-map reference aspect,we provide two ways:OLE and MapX activeX skills.when we run the application,we are able to chose one way from them.this paper also describe detailly the methods to use MapX programming in the VC++ environment. In the multi-vehicle monitoring function,we adapt multi-thread method based MFC to improve reliability and operatility of the application. On the communiction aspect,we discuss two methods ,which are SMS and computer network.finally,we integrate both techonologies,when running the application,we can chose one way or both ways. On implementation of Web Gis,we refer to three types of Web famework,then describe one of them for our system. Experimental result shows system has attain the design request, realized, anticipant basic function.
