A Study On The Aesthetics Of Television News

News Aesthetics is a study that, by observing news in the main frame of human aesthetic activities and views, aims at the Aesthetic phenomena and rules in the practical activities of news. It is an expansion of aesthetic study and a combination with news pratices, which helps enhance the new operators' aesthetic cultivation and aesthetic creation ability. This dissertation focuses on some aesthetic issues in TV news, to which the author tries to provide comprehensive analyses and possible solutions.The dissertation consists of 5 chapters:Chapter 1 discusses meanings and importance of the Aesthetics of TV News. Starting from explanation of the concept of Aesthetic, it is argued that the aesthetics of TV News should comprise both that of form and content. Then the author goes on to explain the value of the aesthetics of TV news.Chapter 2 discusses the criteria of the aesthetics of TV News. First, the objective criteria of aesthetic feeling— social practice. Second , a comprehensive analyses of the criteria of the aesthetics of TV news: 1. criteria for content's aesthestics: (l)authenticity, (2)novelty, (3)representativeness, (4)concise. 2. criteria for form' s aesthestics: a conclusion in terms of such elements as composition of a picture, color, space arrangements, etc.Chapter 3 gives examples on the creation of Beauty of the TV News. Such as : "Oriental Son" , "Dialog" by CCTV.Chapter 4 deliberates the News Works' Beauty and main body' s taste consciousness. It is argued in this chapter that news works are bearer of the aesthetic consiousness of news operatores. It also analyses the composition and foundation of news operators' aesthetic psychology.Chapter 5 concludes News Works' Beauty and art justice. It is stres sed that art justice is a creative activity, which analyses its mental.
