| With the rapid development of computer network and communication technology, information application has become the necessary method of modern management and decision-making, more and more enterprises have focused on MIS which can bring them huge economy benefit. Through MIS, enterprises can improve the management quality, increase the efficiency and competitive ability and create more benefit for enterprises. However, average MIS is not mature enough and can not realize data sharing and convenient maintenance, which limit the functions of MIS.This paper, based on the integrated statistics work in certain Power Supply Company, using computer network technology, combining with the thinking of intelligent management, designs a management information system with friendly interfaces, comprehensive functions and high intelligent management. Using the resources of network and information in Power Supply Company, the system can neatly collect data through inputting by hands, fetching from other databases, transferring by email and batch inputting. Specially the system can automatically gather and make up of reports, when the users define the calculation formulas. The system also provides dynamic report function, so that the users can modify the structure of report by themselves. By this function, the system has longer life cycle of the software use. Besides, smart client is given in this system to overcome the shortcomings of traditional C/S mode, which decreases the maintenance cost. Smart interface is also provided to transfer data from two different database management systems, which realizes the data sharing. -This system designed in the principles of utility, safety, opening, operation, maintenance, realizes intelligent management of information system and makes the functions of MIS widely used in enterprises. At present, this system has been used in this Power Supply Company successfully, and gotten many good comments. |
