Research On CBR Method Using In Weather

The last few decades witness the development of weather forecast, and the research toward it gets a great step forward. Therefore, the veracity of weather forecast has been heightened enormously. But, nowadays it has not satisfied the people's requirements. For this purpose, the weather forecast pursuers want to find a new method which can improve further the veracity of weather forecast.On the basis of introduced methodology research, this thesis introduces two new method, Model-based reasoning and Case-based reasoning, MBR and CBR, to weather forecast researches, which are featured by agent technology and distributed technology. This approach begins a new way to improve the veracity of weather forecast.The thesis firstly introduce the reasoning process of RBR, MBR and CBR, summarize the advantage and disadvantage of the CBR method, discuss the system configuration, the solution and the approach of CBR, and the agent technology. The second part focuses on how to apply MBR method and CBR method especially the CBR method to weather forecast system aiming at their unique features. At the end of this thesis, an agent-based distributed CBR method is presented extending the agent technology and the distributed technology. Using java on the basis of this method, a new weather forecast system has been achieved.
