The require of products is more and more high as the development of technology , it leads to that people require more high quality and precision of products. The dissertation ((Study on a Technology for system of exact vision detection based on image processing )) is proposed in the situation of needing exact detection for the requires. At the present time, there are many methods for the detection of products as vernier in traditional equipment and laser detection in modern detection, but there are also many deficiencies . it is perplexing to operate , inefficient and low precision for traditional equipment and it is too expensive to afford modern detection as laser detection for many small companies. Therefore, with the advance of computer technology, Image processing technology and so on, a vision detection system based on image processing would resolve the deficiency , which would be more practical and wider prospect in the future.The system is non-contact, real-time, flexible,exact.It composed of worktable, electrical motors,CCD, collection card for image,grating ruler, data card for grating, light, motion controlling board and pc.Getting a good image by the control of light is important.The optical signal is transformed to electrical signal by CCD and being image signal transmitted to PC by collection card for image, then the signal is analyzed to many functions as motion control and figure detection. The detection is simple and effective because of the whole operation being controlled by mouse, and people can be released from complex and hard work.The research for the system include: The effective arithmetic of distortion adjust to resolve barrel and pillow distortion of image is proposed by analyzing image distortion in camera system;The research in detection of image edge must be done for measurement the size and theposition;The arithmetic of auto focus that have two step, first is cursory focus, second is exact focus, is proposed by the research of auto focus based on image and to ensure to get good image;Improved method of image matching with relation and two-step matching are proposed for the problem in auto detection;The optimizing arithmetic about key Computer Graphics is applied to the reverse engineering in exact image detection.
