This project research the estimating methods of drill stem component in whole service life including fatigue life, corrosion life, wearing life and develop a program to manage the using of them. The main target is to solve long exist problem. These problem are How to know residual life, and how to query the using historic data of special drill stem component. It can make a guideline to using drill stem component properly, and prevent failure cases, improve levels of management.The development of management program system of drill stem component is an advancing work all of world. The program functions are the using of database including data input, query, edit, report, transfer, drill string mechanical analysis, fatigue life estimating, corrosion life estimating, wearing life estimating, whole life accumulating, failure case database, accessorial mechanical calculation, exchange calculation of unit, and role management of user. The program gives a good look interface, easy operation.According to the results of failure survey and failure analysis, the residual life estimating methods had been established using principle of fatigue accumulating, crack mechanical theory, statistical analysis principle. The use of the methods improve it is enough for engineering.The mechanical models had been established for single stabilizer and multi stabilizer in different hole using three bending matrix. Load and displacement of buckling tubular had been analyzed using sample weighted residual value method.Equation to calculate critical load of drill string had been established. It improved the precision.Program helps and using manual of drill stem component had been prepared reedy for use, which content is substantial.It has good foreground of The achievements of this project and the program.
