MOMs play a key role in the process of interacting and sharing data among enterprise information systems. Since the different system has diverse function and there are various message formats such as text, voice frequency, image, mp3 and so on, it is possible that there are different MOMs to work together in the large-scale distribute environment. However, MOMs have not an agreed standard and support different message formats. So, standardizing message format is the first thing to be treated in the process of transmission among MOMs. At the same time, the issue of security should be under consideration.This paper puts forward and realizes a model of secure heterogeneous messages transmission among MOMs, which treats the messages as the stream of bits, expresses the message formats via XML with the support of Base64 and so on, and ensures the confidentiality and integrality via algorithm of DES. At the same time, the algorithm of load equalization is brought forward to deal with the process of standardization against the delay time.The function test and performance analyze tell us that the model is feasible and effective. And the algorithm of load equalization prorates the burden, which enhances the capability of the model.
