Today, the science and technology change with each passing day. The developmental level of new material has been an important symbol that it scales the country's high technology level and synthetical national power. Chemical plating is a burgeoning technology in material domain. Chemical deposition Cobalt-base ally don't need electric curret, and it can aggradate in many kinds radical body and has excellent magnetism capability. But its plating liquid's stability is bad and its speed of deposition and the ability of average plating can't make us satisfied. The Rare-earth elements can improve not only the plating liquid's stability, the speed of deposition and infiltration availably in electroplate and surface thermo-chemical treatment filed, but also the weld ability, rigidity and wear resistance. So we attempt to interpose the Rare-earth elements into chemical deposition Cobalt-base alloy.These methods that Rare-earth elements interpose chemical deposition Cobalt-base alloy will bring forward bright developing prospects. For enormous data from the experiment, the database system of chemical deposition is built on the platform of Vfp6.0. The system consists of three databases of plating technology, micro-hardness and magnetism. Based on the above foundation, we open up six application models, such as file management, editing, data processing, picture management, printing and exiting. We can manage almost experimental data easily by this software.We deal experimental data with numerical analytical method and simulate approximative functional equation through method of least squares and cubic spline function. We can acquire optimum formulation according to analysis of variance and analysis basic formulation through orthogonal table and depict the approximative functional equation's image, also can find the plating concentration space of each factor where the speed of deposition is the fastest.The research is based on experimental data management, it provide a valid way to search chemical deposition database system. It is the basis of development probing the best chemical deposition dispensation and technology regulation and meaningful for research and daily life.
