The automatic control system is composed by electric motor and microelectronic devices. The electric motor is the system's controlled member and microelectronic devices are the centers. By control the electric motor's torque and rotational speed, electric energy will be changed into mechanical energy, then mechanical rotary motion and repeated movement are realized. The paper accurately designs mechanical part of entire electric transmission. A low-speed alternator which adapts to the project is chose. The parameters of gear and roller chain are computed and designed, and then their intension and fatigue life are also computed. In allusion to some problems in the running system, the sprayer is improved.An Application Specified Integrated Circuit (ASIC) SA4828 and an Intelligent Power Module (IPM) PM25RSB120 are adopted in the Design of Variable Frequency (WVF) Motor Drive. This motor drive is controlled by V/F mode, furthermore it has many operating and protecting functions. All these make the motor drive have a reliable running status. At the same time, it is very convenient to input parameters or change the drive's operating mode due to the advanced human-machine interface. In this paper, the drive's hardware and software is analyzed in detail. At the end, this paper analyzes the problem of disturbance, and expounds some methods of anti-disturbance from the aspect of hardware and software.
