Recent years the embedded system has been developed rapidly, and is being applied in many fields such as mobile computer installation, net device, industry-controlled device, information home electric appliances, motor electric devices, entertainment establishment, apparatus and so on. In this background, the embedded system and the Linux technology of embedded are linked together, based on the particular hardware flat, the embedded uClinux operation system is successfully transplanted to the ARM microprocessor of ARM7TDMI core, and the software flat of the system is set. Been a part of the whole embedded system, this context medicates and designs the leading program Bootloader, necessary device drive program, and application program. Considered the hardware and software development status of recent embedded system, the flat that this context depicts is based on the microprocessor S3C44BOX of Samsug company. Because this microprocessor is cheap, its power consume is low and its peripheral interface is powerful, in numerous microprocessors it possesses important market share in the domain of hand devices. Moreover, we chose the operation system of uClinux to be the operation system flat which we want to transplant to.This context detailedly presents the development history of the USB interface and the interface agreement,date transmission type, device descriptor, and based on the USB2.0, the context analyses the exploitation course and principle of the drive program, and analyses the function and usage of the driving function. Through compiling one drive program, the drive of the USB interface is realized.
