With the increasing development of Internet, it's easier to get some digital multi-media information. However, it also causes some problems, such as copyright protection and information encryption, which become urgency day by day. Therefore, many scholars are attracted by the multi-media information secutity problem. Watermarking technology can solve these problems successfully. Being one of the important technology of information hading, another security technology's defect can be better solved by watermarking technology. It has good value of learning and economic. In this thesis, the author lay special emphasis on picture watermarking technology. At first, we introduced the conception, theory model, classify and using field of watermarking. After that we analyzed and discussed the common using of watermarking technology. The basic steps of alternate domain algorithm were given.Secondly, we introduced the common used permutation technology. We did the experiment by MATLAB in two valuable algorithms, and then made a discussion about the advantage of permutation. Then on the base of permutation operation, the author designed a new Digital Watermarking Schemes based on DC Components in DCT Domain, by analyzing the insertion area, which including insertion process, extraction process, evaluation process, attact process. We used particular experiment to indentify it.At last, using the advantages of watermarking and vector sharing program, the author designed a new watermarking technology base on Vector Sharing to solve some difficult problems of watermarking. Then the schemes's feasibility was indentified by using special experiment.
