The Transformer Terminal Unit (TTU) works at the bottom of the DistributionAutomatization (DA) system, monitors the states of the transformer, and provides data to theelectric department for professional analysis, plays an important part in the DA system.In this paper, after analyzing the particularity of the electric power communicationsystem and the existed TTU productions, we bring forward a TTU design plan based Mobitexradio communication technology, and introduce harmonics analysis and radio narrowbandMobitex network technology, and mostly analyze the structure of the hardware and theimplement of the software. According to DSP development process, it has been elaboratedthat the functional requirement of TTU, the partition of function modular, the hardware designof the function modular, as well as the design and development of the harmonics analysis andcommunication modular. Compared with congener product, the designed TTU finishes thedetection of harmonics as well as finishes the basic functions, brings good economic andsocial benefit, and ensures the reliability, security and real-time of the data transmission, sothe designed TTU has good spread value. |
