The embeded system is a kind of computer system with special functions. When it is integrated with communication and network technology, it will enhance the ability and intelligent of instruments' and devices' network and communication. With the constantly developing of the information technology and increasing of the requirement of users, the embedded system is entering into all kinds of fields of national product gradually and used extensively. Reconfigurable technology is one of the research hotspots in the information processing field. The application of the reconfigurable technology has extended to many fields from the electronic information processing domain.In quick manufacturing technology, reconfigurable manufacturing systems, design of the aerocraft has demonstrated superiority. So introducing the reconfigurable technology to the design of the embedded system, have great theoretical research meaning and practical value.This thesis aims at studying a kind of application function reconfigurable mechanism based on the embedded system. Begining with software and hardware platform, this thesis discussed the research and design process of embedded application function reconfigurable mechanism based on uC/OS-II in detail. This research adopted the UP-300 embedded platform made in UP-TECH, briefly analyzed the hardware framework of the ARM microprocessor S3C44B0X;adopted module design philosophy, designed the four base function module of the embedded system, including analog signals and didital signals conversion, digital signals and analog signals conversion, switch signals controlling,timer and counter;realized the portion of uC/OS-II RTOS to the embedded microprocessor S3C44B0X and the basic function module on this basis;adopted simple language definition to realize the function reconfiguration, carried on certain research of the visualization on the system reconfigurable description.This thesis consists of five chapters. The configuration of the thesis is: The first chapter narrated the background and the significance of the article and the developments of the embedded application function reconfigurable mechanism, alongwith it bring the innovation idea and the main research direction of the paper. The second chapter carried on the summary to the embedded system, introduced the concept, current situation of the development, application fields and development trend of the embedded system, done the simple introduction to ARM embedded microprocessor and embedded operating system also. The third chapter narrated the key technology of the embedded application function reconfigurable mechanism, analyzed design procedure, design method of the embedded systematic development, recounted the theory of the compiler technique rule and reconfigurable technology. The 4th chapter was made up of three parts: hardware system structure, the portion of uC/OS-II RTOS to the embedded microprocessor S3C44B0X, realization of the basic function module and interpreter. The 5th chapter introduced the visualization of the system reconfigurable description. The 6th chapter is the brief sum-up and prospect of the article.
