The theory of Multiple Rational Function System takes the approach of system theory to study the structure properties of electrical network and takes the method of state space described to get the state equations of electrical networks and does some research such as controllability and observability. In the analysis of RLCM active networks, it needs to discuss the block-divided method of cutest matrix of electrical networks containing replacement sources, so the paper does some relevant analysis and research according to the electrical network theory and knowledge of graphical theory. The analysis of electrical networks over Field F(z) involves the topology analysis and complicated signs computing. If we do this just by hands, it will be time-consuming and mistake easy-making, so this paper studied the computer programming of electrical networks analysis and developed the software EN A 1.1. The successful development of software ENA1.1 makes the researchers get rid of the tiresome computing so as to put their main energy into the study of structure properties of electrical network. The development of this software has important meaning to the structure properties of electrical network over Field F(z).Firstly the paper presented the theory of Multiple Rational Function System (RFS) and electrical network theory. It highlights the theory of state equations of RLCM active network. Then the paper introduced the development, test and use of this software to the readers. The last part of this paper described the innovations of methods and software and had an expectation to the theoretical study and software development in the later work.The 1st chapter discussed the background of the paper, the present study aboard and inboard, and the main work of this paper.The 2nd chapter discussed the theory of Multiple Rational Function System including the thoughts, research method and some relevant achievement.The 3 rd chapter introduced the basic knowledge of electrical network theory, thestate equations theory and some relevant research of the author.From the 4th chapter to the 8th chapter, the paper introduced the methods and tools, the analysis of user need, system analysis and design, programming and the test job of the software development.The 9th chapter made the conclusion and the expectations.The main innovations are as follows.1. the discuss block-divided method of the cutest matrix of electrical networks containing replacement sources2. takes the engine service and GUI (Graphical User Interface) in Matlab to establish the datum communication between Visual C++ and Matlab, and applied them to the development of software ENA1.1...
