Distributed computing technology is the key part of distributed system, distributed object technology appeared since 90's in 20 century provides a good solution for software development on the network, It is the result of distributed compute technology interacting with object-oriented technology. Nowadays, distributed object technologies have been the kernel of building service application framework and software component, which appear a powerful vitality on developing big distributed application systems. However, all of them have a common shortcoming: client and server must closely coupled, that is to say both of them are in need of running on the same foundation structure frame, in this way, these solutions are difficult to extend to the Internet. When several companies need cooperation with each other or to extend their deals, it is difficult to ensure that both terminals of one distance communication have the same foundation structure, such as operating system, object model or programming language. However, the new technology, which is Web Services, can overcome the shortcoming of those traditional distributed computing solutions easily and integrates different application programs smoothly, thereby build a new generation distributed application system.First, the author does a lot of research about current popular distributed software system. then, according to the contrast among these systems, gives a deep analysis about their applied condition and shortcomings. Later, does some detail research about Web Services distributed technology, such as architecture, key technologies, work flow, applied condition and advantages compared with traditional distributed computing technology.Soon, adopts this technology to realize a distributed information filter system by dint of .Net and C#. The system has the functions of filtering content of documents resided in distance hosts and deleting the lawless content, so it can be used to manage hosts placed in different places. According to the project background, system architecture, technology route and developing flow are brought forward. Aiming at the system's key parts, the paper gives detail design and realization. The system is finished on Windows hosts, while, a blue print about information filter on Linux is proposed, besides, verification about Web Services developed on Linux using Axis C++ is carried out. Actually, the most important in this system is communication among different platforms using Web Service, the data transferred is XML data . Atlast, introduces system deployment and running condition.The distributed information filter system embodies advantages of Web Services adequately, such as communication between different platforms, getting through fire wall, software reusable ability, server neutrality, application extensibility and application integration.
