| Photorejuvenation is a High-tech medical device which applied to aesthetic medicine, and the device has good effect on treating various symptoms associated with photoaging by exporting intense pulsed light (IPL). This paper was completed on the base of the monitoring system of full-face photorejuvenation. This monitoring system contains embedded control system and monitoring management softwave and Communication link between them based on RS485 standard.Embedded Monitoring System controls IPL emitted by xenon lamp as requested. This project takes SCM (signal chip microcomputer) of 51 family as its core, which complete various operations like count and control. Doctors adjust treatment parameters through the LCD and keyboard. Then, the SCM exports switching and pulse signals to control the energy and pulse waves of IPL according to the parameters, and achieve the desired treatment effect. During the process of treatment, this control system also checks of the state of the equipment to ensure normal operating. RTOS (real time operation system) RTX51 Tiny was used in the software design. round-robin time slice. Tasks execute for the duration of their time-slice (unless the task's time slice is given up), and then, RTX51 Tiny switches to the next task that is ready to run. Signal in the RTX51 Tiny apply to harmonize various tasks. RTOS make programs more modularized and versatile, and also make convenient for function expansion of the follow-up system.Monitoring management software of photorejuvenation was designed to assistant diagnosis according to the need of doctors. This software record, reserve, and print the information about patients and Rx. Further more, this paper forward medical diagnosis expert system based on CBR (case based reasoning).This medical diagnosis expert system can search the closest case from the database of typic cases according to matching arithmetic, and recommend to the doctor to help therapy after optimizing.Finally, we reviewed the development process of the whole system, summarized the systematic weak point, and put forward the advice on improving and perfecting the system. |
