In recent years, using solid-brick was forbidden in cities, so consumption of hollow-brick went up rapidly. The production of hollow-brick need a mass of multi-hole ceramic material. But corresponding material performance testing tool weren't perfect, so it has become a hot theme to develop a testing setting of multi-performance of multi-hole ceramic. Multi-hole ceramic Multi-performance is regarded as research object. It lauches the development of multi-hole ceramic the percolation rate and degree of aeration detector, which regards embedded microprocessor as core, establishing reasonable testing means. A complete roboticized multi-hole ceramic multi-performance testing system will be developed. Main research content is as bellows:The analysis of testing setting of multi-hole ceramic peformance's developing status has been finished, which is to design testing setting of multi-hole ceramic peformance which is according with Chinese situation. According to the performance which multi-hole ceramic percolation rate and degree of aeration testing must reach, it is researched multi-hole ceramic performance detector's whole structure, which regards embedded microprocessor-LPC2114 as core. Its hardware system has been realized. The development and design of interface module, power module has beed finished. And the anti-jamming performance has been considered.The analysis and compare of μC/OS-â…¡å'Œ μClinux has been finished ,and μC/OS-â…¡ become the system's operating system.The replantation of operating system has been finished. The design of whole testing system applicaion software has been realized. According to the performance which software should accomplish, the internet applications of drive program, system monitor program, data collection and process program and keyboard and LCD display program has been designed. The digital filter has been designed for pressure signal collection.Because stable liquid and air pressure is required at the time of system running, it launches the development of multi-hole ceramic performance detector's pressure control arithmetic, and its PID control and fuzzy control arithmetic has been researched, and nine-point control arithmetic is introduced to realize the high speed and precision control of pressure. Its module has been simulated with matlab, and the simulation result indicates nine-point controller has better control effectiveness.For shorting the development period , configuration software- Kingview6.5 is used to program the monitor system software of multi-hole ceramic performance detector. The field equipments performing state is displayed in the form of motivation. The interface is friendly, and operating is easy, and the conservation and query of testing result has been realized.The simulation examination indicates the precision of the testing setting of multi-performance of multi-hole ceramic is high ,whose testing range is wide, which means it can adapt the performance testing of very different material performance, and which is perfect testing equipment.
