This paper explains the current situation in wastewater treatment and sewage treatment process, by comparing the domestic wastewater treatment plant automation system, four kinds of main forms—DCS control system, industrial field bus control system and IPC + PLC control system .Determined the water supply company for the first sewage treatment plant use IPC + PLC control program. Designed PLC control programs respectively for the coarse grid, the sewage lifting pumping station, blower room, and biochemical pool , and made the whole control system hardware and software configuration. Introduces Profibus Field bus and Ethernet fiber ring feature the fiber Ethernet ring and the combination of profibus network the PLC control multi-site communications between.At the same time, the aeration process for wastewater treatment in the intermittent control, nonlinear, large time delay and is difficult to directly control the variables such as online monitoring and control difficulties, Determined the aeration process control parameters and established a simulation model of the aeration process. Compared SMITH predictive control strategy and the use of fuzzy control strategy effectiveness, to determine the fuzzy control sewage treatment plant aeration system in practical application, and PLC to achieve fuzzy control strategy.
