In some developing countries cancer death rate is rising gradually every year,which seriously threat to human health and life.Early diagnose is very important to liver cancer patients.That is important means to ensure the treatment effect, reduce relapse, improve survival time and survival quality. So we develop a embedded system for the early measure of liver cancer.The early liver cancer measuring technology mainly uses Biological engineering technology and Electrochemical methods to measure the content of TK1/Hpank protein in the body blood, analyses the body TK1/Hpank content changing process compared with the standard solution,thus it can judge the possibility of cancer. The body TK1/Hpank content is obtained through QCM technology., that is, in quartz crystal surface, a unique good selective adsorption material is used to adsorb the TK1/Hpank protein by using biochemistry principles. Thereby producing biosensors. Collected frequency signals are processed in the ARM platform with the μClinux operating system, and displayed dynamicly in the LCD. Using the function of ΔF-ΔM to crystal to calculate the material quality change adsorbed.Then, measured results are stored in FLASH and printed out through the USB interface.The thesis introduces Quartz Crystal , QCM (Quartz Crystal Microbalance ) sensor technology and the structure of crystal sensor in liquids at first, then introduces designing scheme of the whole system. The whole system is divided into two parts of hardware and software, The hardware design includes systematic power, oscillating circuit , peripheral interface circuit such as SDRAM , FLASH, CPLD, LCD, USB, RS-232 and JTAG.. The software design introduces the basic knowledge of the embedded operating system at first, includes the feature ,constitute and kernel framework , then, the thesis expounds an embedded system development process ,includes the writing and transplantation of bootloader,the establishment of the kernel compile environment,the transplantation of μClinux kernel and application development of the measureing system. At last, it discusses the measured result of thesystem.Clinical medical instrumentation based on the embedded system has not only a high degree reliability and accuracy, but also a good visual interface, simple operation, strong independence,and convenience carrying.
