The Implement Of G.729 Audio Coding And Decoding Algorithm Based On NiosⅡ

One realization method, Nios II technology, of G.729 arithmetic is introduced in this thesis.Firstly, the principle of the arithmetic is analyzed in detail. Secondly, the hardware system of the arithmetic, which is devolved by writer, is introduced, and this work is finished base on studying knowledge of Nios II SOPC. Thirdly, the software of the arithmetic referenced the C code which provided by ITU, it is optimized by several methods in order to process voice in real-time. Finally, the loading and debugging method of the optimized code is given, the on-system test result is list and analyzed also.The basic of the paper is pre-researching ASIC of G.729 arithmetic, so its main work is analyzed the theory of G.729 arithmetic and found the realization method.
