The Study And Development On Secondary School Recruitment Management Information System

With the increasingly expansion of enrolling quantity and the expectation of the examinee, there exists a higher requirement of educational information. The job of secondary school recruitment has a higher requirement. In accordance with the requirements of the Xi'an Education Examinations Center, Management Information System of Secondary school Recruitment (SRMIS) is developed to solve the problems caused by protracted process, great number of people involved, heavy workload, low efficiency and the liability to errors.The article mainly concerns the study and development on Secondary school Recruitment Management Information System which is based on Client/Sever Mode. The existent problems on Xi'an secondary school recruitment and current research of Examinations MIS are analyzed firstly. The relevant basic theory on compute mode and relational database are then given. Secondly, the design and realization of this system are discussed in detail, including system analysis, technique project, function design, procedure design, database design. The design of data integrity and security are also taken into consideration. Finally, the applications of the key techniques and the solution to the actual problem during development are mainly brought forward. System test shows the great contribution to improve the working efficiency.Secondary school Recruitment Management Information System is targeted at the whole process of secondary school Recruitment, which has great reality and social significance to realize the standardization and modernization of secondary school recruitment.
