Energy should be used more effective and sufficient to gear to nation's lasting developing strategy. VAR and harmonic has became serious pollution in circuit, it results in abnormal working of various equipments in electric system, bringing Energy Waste , simultaneity, threatening to circuit safety.VAR compensation has been proved an effective measure to reduce electric circuit loss and to increase working-system stable level. Based on DSP this paper design and implement a kind of SVC controller . First of all, we introduce the relevant technology of DSP and multi-DSP parallel processing. More, some scheme was analyzed and compared in the paper and the scheme that based on double DSP and exterior Analog-Digital module is selected. In the scheme, the controller's CPU is TMS320F2812. And its peripherals include signal processing, pluses magnifying, LCD, key processing etc. The C language and assembly language are both used to implement the controller main program and each module program. The modules are data collection module and computing module and LCD module and man-machine conversation module. Moreover, the communication protocol between two controllers was seted up and implemented.The communication protocol between controller and monitor also was seted up and implemented. The results show that the control strategy is valid and creditable, more, its respond speed is high and satisfy the design demand.
