Gas-liquid two-phase flow is a common flow system in the industrial process.Wet gas, as a kind of gas-liquid two-phase flow, is widely used in petroleum, chemicaland energy industry. The measurement of wet gas parameters, such as flow rate, voidfunction, is becoming an increasingly important technique.Currently, wet gas metering is still a developing technology. No meter design hasyet to prove itself to be capable of metering wet gas flows to the accuracy desired byindustry. Traditional separator, differential pressures meter and multi-flowmeterscombination method predominate in wet gas metering. The foreign researchers havemade great achievements in wet gas metering using combination method these years,but the domestic research in this field is rare.In this dissertation, the author studied mainly the method for the wet gasmetering based on the combination of Venturi tube and Vortex meters. In the research,the following achievements have been made.1. A novel method for the wet gas metering with the combination of Venturi tubeand Vortex meters is presented for the first time, and problems need to be solved areanalyzed.2. The correlations between the differential pressure of the constriction segmentof Venturi tube, frequency signal of Vortex meters and parameters of gas-liquidtwo-phase flow are constructed based on comparison among methods of wet gasmetering with differential pressure meters.3. The flow model at Venturi tube exit is emulated using FLUENT and the resultproves the model accords with the homogeneous flow model.4. A specimen device is developed and a wet gas metering equipment based oncombination of Venturi tube and Vortex meters is constructed. The Venturi tube isdesigned under the ISO5167(2003) standard and the transformer based on MSP430signal process systrm.5. A simulation experiment is finished with the specimen device. The resulttestify the equipment is competent for the wet gas parameters measurement.
