Secure Active Issue Mechanism Of Grid Resource

A Grid is an integration environment of computers and resources. The gridtechnologies are rising gradually and becoming a research focus with the developmentand application of network technologies. In the Grid environment, all unit systems orcollected systems can behave as a node to provide and consume resources. The shareand coordinated use of resources can be realized through the network interconnectionamong nodes. Grid resources have the characteristics of changing dynamically, widelydistributed and enormous quantity types so that it is very difficult to issue gridresources. The resource management model that the existed Grid is adopting is thepassive issue mechanism, which reduces the utilization rate of resource and makesresources in the state of waiting to be found. At the same time passive issuemechanism also lacks the flexibility of safe control to resources.This thesis gives a safe and initiative issue mechanism of Grid resources,considering the disadvantages of passive issue mechanism and the safety of resourcesissue. This mechanism bases on the achievements of claim/note mechanism, agentmechanism and trust-transmitting mechanism. It emphasizes the initiative control tothe issue process. The probability of the discovery of resources and the usage ofresources both can be raised by diffusely issuing the resources information in the Grid.Through the trust-transmitting mechanism and controlling the safety during the issueof information, the resource owner's control to the safety of resource is enhanced. Thismechanism also gives control tactics of ability and safety, which can be disposeddifferently according to different resources and users so as to adjust and matchresources' ability and demand of safety.The safe and initiative issue mechanism must be used combining with the passiveissue mechanism. The issue of valuable equipment resources needs more safety andhigher use ratio. So the safe and initiative mechanism is suitable to it.
