The Research And Design Of The Networking Of The Revenue-treasury-bank

Along with the increasingly deepening of the Reform and Open policyin our country, economy is developed fast. The cooperation of the revenue,treasury and bank is increasing rapidly. In order to improving the revenue,treasury, bank work efficiency and changing the tradition fashion of theoperation relation, the issues of networking of the revenue-treasury-bankis brought forward. Be brief, the networking of the revenue-treasury-bankis transacted the operation together of the revenue, treasury and bank,by which,data exchange can be completed in term of the definite formatand content through the definite information exchange mode.The project is designed based on the J2EE structure. The techniqueand conception, which the task adopt, are reflecting the advanced leveland the mainstream technique, including Component technique, Sockettechnique, Message-Oriented Middleware, UML, etc. Based on the principlesof opening, standardization, reliability, expansibility and easymaintenance in designing, the total system are assured to have thepotential to continuous development.In this paper, the existing status of networking of therevenue-treasury-bank in China was analyzed, and a unified architecturemodel was proposed. The platform of the data exchange was introduced whichis the core of the proposed architecture of the revenue-treasury-banknetworking model. The function of the data exchange platform is toimplement the data exchange among three sides. It just pays a role ofrelaying and forwarding data and will not participate in the idiographicoperation on each side. The system boundary of the revenues side of thedata exchange platform was defined in this paper, and the global design,function design and the primary examples were given. The design targetof the data exchange platform on the revenue side was explained in detail.We also studied the data exchange standard, which is complied to theservice of data exchange and gave the structural model of the data exchangestandard. We also introduced the structure of he service of data exchangeby some examples.According to the design of the data exchange platform and the studyon the standard of the data exchange, a integrated resulotion scheme ofthe networking of the revenue-treasury-bank is obtained. This schemeshows a new idea for the application of the net of therevenue-treasury-bank. In terms of future view, this scheme is a bridgeto connect the information systems among the revenue department and otherdepartments (such as, business, custom, finance etc.) to the developmentof data exchange in the future.
