With the development of the Database technology and the wild application of theDatabase management system, the large scale Database system had been wildly use invarious of fields. As a conclusion, the data information in the Database had increaseddramatically. Lots of important information was hidden behind the huge data and theimportant information can greatly help people to determine their decision. However, nowadays, there is only a few tools that can process and analysis the data. At present, people mainly use the database storage function. The important information behindthe data did not make the full use of it. The information is the description of the wholecharacter of the database and can evaluate the progress probation. As a result, theinformation plays a very important role in creation of the decision. Data mining wascome into use under such circumstance. The purpose of this article was to using the data mining theory to study and comparethe various environmental problems, such as pollution and so on. The detailinformation and data used in this project was provided by the Environmental TestCenter of the department of Agriculture. The theory foundation of this project is theFuzzy Association Rules Algorithm. The whole system can be realized by the BSstructure and Microsoft IE browser be the client server. In this system, the maindevelopment application is ASP.NET and Visual C# be the programming language. The system backstage database is Microsoft Access2000. In this project, my main taskis to update the Fuzzy Evaluation Rules Algorithm and the Association RuleAlgorithm.
