Laser has been extensively used in modern war. Various kinds of laser weapons force us to develop the counter-measure promptly to maximally reduce the damage to one and occupy the favorable position in the modern war. Laser reconnoitering and alarming is that regards laser as the information carrier, finds enemy photo electricity equipments, obtains their information and gives an alarm in time. Main task of our subject is to detect the incident laser beam. And it is required to get its wavelength and incident angle. We used the Michelson interferometer to detect them in the relevant analytic approach, referring to various kinds of existing technology. Design a new-type Michelson interferometer to measure the incident laser's wavelength and angle in testing. It uses sphere reflectors instead of the traditional plane reflectors to enhance the interference. This retrenches the imaging lens to compact the system size. It is called "ox's eye"Because of its interference image's appearance. Analyze how the "ox's eye"image formed and get the formulas of the incident laser's wavelength and angle by its mathematics model of this instrument. We carried on interference patterns processing under the Matlab environment and summarized a set of corresponding patterns processing steps. Finally we wrote the VC pattern process procedure after emulation met the demands. It doesn't need the Matlab environment any more. And it's more convenient. We used the 632.8nm and 532nm laser to have a test. Calculated the error estimation and analyzed the source of error. The system's theory error can be reduced to within 3nm when we produce it under the existing machining level. It proves that this kind of method has great practical value.
