Collimated light is often used in optic engineering. Check of the light's collimation is a very important technique. This paper want to research a system for laser collimation based on Talbot effect which can realize fast and convenient collimation of light beam. Firstly, theories of Talbot effect and Moire fringe are analyzed. Talbot effect is explain by interference theory and diffraction theory respectively. Phenomenon of Moire fringe is explain by ordinal number equation and diffraction theory respectively. In succession, the whole system is described and the principle of measuring is analyzed detailedly. Mathematic model of the system and the expressions of measuring are established. Lastly, base on the Experiments, paper finishes the precision analyse, gets several conclusion for controlling the system's error. In the part of image processing, arithmetic of image processing is analyzed. Arithmetic related to the system have smoothness, binarization, thinning and check of fringe's orientation. The system this paper brings forward has advantages of simpleness, speediness and high precision. It can be use in not only visible light but also invisible light. Experiments have verified that the divergence angle of the light after collimation is up to 0.000070. |
