With the fast development of network, communications and data-base technology, the research and application on network circuit test has been regarded highly by all. The software technology for circuit test has great outstanding on test system.The background of the paper is the project, the research of software technology for circuit test based on CORBA, which is sponsored by Beijing Center of Aerospace Measurement and Control Technology. It studies the test diagnosis model and engineering technology based on CORBA. This paper first summarizes the development and actuality of study on circuit test software technology and middleware. It's important and necessary for introducing the middleware technology into the field of circuit test diagnosis. Then this paper introduces the CORBA. According to the COM technology and the demand of circuit fault diagnosis, the paper researchs the bridge of COM and CORBA and presents a method of bridge with CORBA and COM based on user-defined module. With the fast development of network technology, the demand of network QoS is improved highly and after an investigation on QoS based on CORBA, a Load Balancing Arithmetic with an Adaptive based on the service layer of CORBA is proposed, which improves the system service performance. And then a CORBA based adaptive load balance service model is presented. In succession the design and implement of modules of the platform for circuit test based on CORBA are introduced.Also,the run instance is presented. Result show that this scheme can achieve the expected require of sharing the test resource and economizing the test cost and shortening the test periods. Finally the paper comes to a conclusion.
