| Call center system has been applied to many fields currently, at the same time the existing performance of call center system can hardly meet the requirement of the ever-developing business. Server cluster technology provides an effective solution to solve the problem.The paper introduces the concept of call center system and the technology principle of CORBA, then based on the researching of basic principles and algorithms about load balancing, in view of the concrete characteristic of the call center system, the dynamic feedback load balancing algorithm is designed, and this paper provides the architecture and the flow of server cluster system, achieves the application of the server cluster system in call center system.The implemented system architecture in the paper is composed of load-balancing equipment and server pool, and the load balancing equipment falls into balancing module, detection module, register module, naming service and database. According to the collected load information of the server nodes, load balancing equipment assigns the task to the server node with the lowest load index, so the system dynamically adapt to the fluctuation of the load.Testing results suggest that the designed and implemented load balancing system of the cluster in the paper can effectively enhance the performance of the CTI server in the call center system. And the cluster system has transparency characteristic, good scalability and high availability, and can meet the demand of the call center system. |
