For a long time, while testing the capability of a dynamical equipment, people read the measurement data from the apparatus and calculate them all by hand to adjust the running condition of sets and control the abnormal or accident station. This method's efficiency is low, and errors caused by human-factor may occure. Along with the development of National economy and science technology, industral control and computer technology's advantage is taken into account by people. Applying data acquisition and computer technology to the experiment of dynamical equipment, we can greatly enhance the efficiency. In this dissertation, a data acquisition-processing system for a refrigerating system used for experiments is researched and designed. During the research, we designed a data acquisition system constituted of 35 sensors (temperature, pressure, flux and power), 35 WP-series measurement apparatus, one WP data-acquisition device and one computer. In the pare of software, we programmed a software used for data acquisition, a program used to calculate the thermal-physical property of the refrigerant and another software used for data processing. The program language we used is Delphi, which is OPP. The data acquisition software can acquire experiment measuring data and save them into a access data base file. The results calculated by thermal-physical property program are proximate to the data of refrigerant graph-table we used. The data processing software can read the data from the saved data base file and calculate the experiments'result. To process and calculate the data acquired, we established mathematical model for each experiment. The software of the system has some practicability.
