The Study And Implementation Of ERP System For SME Based On .NET

Web Services are called the 3^rd revolution of IT and is the focus of the whole industry. The aim of Web Services is to provide a general technical platform across hereditary infrastructures independent of operating platform or programming language. Applications deployed on different platforms can be interconnected and integrated based on this common technology. To follow the world's pace, the tenth five project proposes a strategy to 'promote industrialization by informationization, take the advantage of post development and realize long-stride growth of social productivity'. China has more than 10,000,000 small/median sized enterprises, so the informationization of small/median sized enterprises has direct influence to the national economy and how to use up-to-date information technology to improve their management has become a commonly faced issue to median sized companies. For these enterprises, to use 'post development advantage', deploy newest information technology, which will maximize their development, and to 'realize long stride development' is one of a company's important tasks now.This paper dose some research work with the theme, some parts as follows:Firstly, application development technology based on platform and language independent Web Services is thoroughly studied and a Web Service is implemented on .Net platform by ASP.NET.Then a infrastructure based on B/S+SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol) is proposed.Considering the characteristics of median sized enterprises, this thesis analyses various Web Services platforms and finally designed a Web Servicesframework on .Net platform using XML and SOAP and an ERP kernel system generally suitable to median sized enterprises, which can be extended for specific demands of different enterprises.For workload balance of large-scale application system, the thesis introduces SOAP principles into the B/S structure and distributes workload on Server end to different machines. The system is built on ASP.NET technology, so as to implement data exchange between distributed databases through Internet and archive the integration and resource sharing between hereditary systems.Finally, the thesis explains the process and key technologies in the design and implementation of ERP systems with .Net based Web Services structures and realize a practical ERP system for Hunan GuanXi Automobile Painting Company Limited.Currently the system is successfully applied to the daily operation of Hunan GuanXi Automobile Painting Limited Company and demonstrates remarkable economic proficiency.
