Recently, with the bringing forward and development of the concept of "Digital Earth" the three-dimensional geographic information system (3DGIS) is being developed greatly as the important part of concept. The research of 3DGIS involves the computer graphics, virtual reality and space database and so on. With broad application of 3DGIS, more and more different areas have been integrated in 3DGIS. The thesis based on actual application and takes into account requirements of users, design and implementation of combining 3DGIS with functions of weather query and analysis.The thesis mainly does research on how to combining 3DGIS with weather query and analysis and design and implementation of weather query, analysis and visible based on 3DGIS. Firstly, the thesis introduces general situation of 3DGIS, analyzes and summarizes development situation of 3DGIS, application of weather fields in 3DGIS, and explains the merit of taking advantage of wxWidgets library as GUI platform of 3DGIS. Secondly, the thesis emphasizes two points that are my primary work, on the one hand is weather query and visible. On the other hand is weather analysis and visible. To weather query and visible, the thesis designs skeleton after analyzing requirements of the whole system. Query mainly includes import weather data from weather file to database and export weather data from database, analyzes format of weather data, coordinate transform, how to combining to weather query with 3DGIS, weather point query, weather area query, weather synthesis query, query between weather property data and space data and displays result by graph and so on. To weather analysis and visible which is another emphasis, mainly includes design and implementation of crMyGraph library, analyzes weather data by statistic, rate of change analysis, three dimension analysis, applies association rules for weather data mining. According to establishing the system, providing weather query and analysis based on 3DGIS platform for Shenyang military, meeting requirements about weather query and analysis function of users.The system has been applied currently, achieves expectations.The conclusion, deficiencies and expectation are given in the thesis in the end. |
